 I prezzi sopra indicati sono da intendersi al giorno, per appartamento (non per persona).
* Il prezzo comprende: biancheria da letto (con cambio settimanale o a richiesta); biancheria da bagno (con cambio settimanale o a richiesta); luce; acqua calda; riscaldamento; TV SAT in ogni appartamento; locale per il deposito di biciclette; tasse di soggiorno; pulizie finali.
Gli appartamenti sono accuratamente corredati di tutte le attrezzature necessarie.
Garage privato coperto su specifica richiesta (8,00 euro/giorno) o ticket per il parcheggio gratuito nelle c.d. "Zone blu" del centro città (3,00 euro/giorno).
I bambini sotto i tre anni non pagano: culla per bambini a richiesta (6,00 euro/giorno).
* Consegna appartamento: dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 19.00 (per esigenze diverse la Direzione rimane a Vostra disposizione). Alla consegna dell’appartamento si richiede una cauzione di € 100,00 in contanti.
* Partenze: l'appartamento di norma deve essere riconsegnato in ordine entro le ore 10.00 del giorno della partenza pena l'addebito di un giorno.
La nostra struttura può ospitare animali domestici di piccola taglia (5,00 euro/giorno).  The prices above are per day per apartment, not per person.
* The price includes : bed linen (changed weekly or at your request); bath linen (changed twice a week or at your request); electricity; hot water; heating; TV Sat in each apartment; bike storage; taxes; final cleaning.
The apartments are accurately fited out with every necessary equipment.
A private garage by request and at the cost of 8,00 euro/day, or special permission for parking in the on-payment streets of the town (3,00 euro/day).
Children under 3 years old don’t pay: cot at your request (6,00 euro/day).
* Arrival : from 2.00 p.m. till 7.00 p.m. (for different requirements we are at your disposal).
A deposit of € 100,00 (by cash) is requested upon arrival.
* Departure : apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. (later – if not asked – will be calculated as one day more).
Small pets are allowed at the prices of 5.00 euro/day.
We accept payment with by cash.
 Die o. a. Preise gelten pro Tag / je Appartement, nicht pro Person.
* Die Preise beinhalten : Bett- und Tischwäsche (Wechsel erfolgt wöchentlich oder bei Bedarf), Handtücher (Wechsel erfolgt eimal in der Woche oder bei Bedarf); Strom; Wasser; Heizung; TV SAT; Fahrrad-Garage; Endreinigung.
Kinder unter drei Jahren sind kostenfrei (Wiege bei Bedarf gegen eine Gebühr von € 6,00/Tag).
* Ankunft kann von 14.00 bis 19.00 Uhr erfolgen (andere Ankunftszeiten nach Vereinbarung). Eine Kaution in Höhe von € 100,00 ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.
* Die Appartements sind bis 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag zu verlassen , eine spätere Abreise wird - ohne Rücksprache - als einen zusätzlichen Tag berechnet.
Kleine Haustiere sind erlaubt gegen eine Gebühr von € 5,00/Tag.
Bei Bedarf können Garagen in unmittelbarer Nähe gegen eine Gebühr von € 8,00/Tag angemietet werden. Ebenfalls halten wir in den "Payment-Zonen" der Straßen Parkplätze gegen eine Gebühr von € 3,00/Tag frei.
